1) What is your warranty on iFocal products?

Answer: iFOCALS  are warranted to be free of manufacturer defects.  All frames include a 90 day warranty from the date of delivery. Lenses are not warranted.

 

2) What is your Returns and Exchanges policy on iFocal products?

Answer: Defective frames may be returned for a full refund. Lenses are not refundable.

 

3)  If I have a question regarding the iFocal product, how do I get it answered?

5) How many days does it take for orders to be processed and fulfilled?

Answer: Orders take 3-4 weeks to process.  Once shipped, your order will be received in 2-5 days.

 

6) Do you ship Internationally?

Answer: Not at this time.

 

7) How much does shipping cost?

Answer:  $10.00 USD for shipping and handling for a single product shipped inside the United States.

 

8) I own my own retail store, and I would like to add iFocals to my current line of products. Is this possible?
